Jessica Rodriguez brings local knowledge, enthusiasm, and over two decades of real estate experience to every detail of your transaction. She was involved in the critical launch of the very first Sotheby's International Realty brokerage on the Front Range. She has worked for some of the best agents and teams in the business before finding her home at the top-producing Wolfe-Bouc group—consistently ranked among the top 1% in the Denver Metro, and nationally recognized by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 250 teams nationwide.
"I love working for the Wolfe-Bouc Group because they are truly about their client's needs and best interests, not about the sale," says Jessica. "I strive to make every transaction as seamless as possible for our clients, many of whom I have the luxury of working with more than once!"
The Colorado native and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) got her start in the business as a senior in high school after a teacher referred her to a friend for a part-time job at a boutique real estate company. This sparked a talent and fondness for crunching numbers and buttoning up contracts with ease. Her reputation for anticipating client questions before they ask, and her uncanny ability to foresee any curve balls and find creative solutions, make Jessica an invaluable resource.
"Jessica is the glue that holds the Wolfe-Bouc Group together," says broker Chris Bouc. "She is not only the team's primary liaison throughout the life of our listings and contracts but brings a keen understanding of Colorado real estate law, and proven experience managing over $1 billion in real estate. We are very fortunate to have her."
Jessica lives in Longmont with her husband Mike and their two children, plus a Great Dane, Franky.
