Since joining the Wolfe-Bouc Group in 2009, Jessica has become an integral part of the team and the driving force behind its day-to-day operations. She oversees the many moving pieces behind the group’s listings and transactions, helping ensure that every detail is handled thoughtfully, proactively, and with the high level of service Wolfe-Bouc clients expect.

Jessica’s career in real estate began while she was still a senior in high school, when a teacher connected her with a part-time position at a boutique real estate company. What began as an after-school job quickly revealed a natural talent for the business—particularly the numbers, contracts, organization, and problem-solving required to bring even the most complex transactions together.

A Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Jessica is known for anticipating questions before they are asked, identifying potential challenges before they arise, and finding creative solutions when the unexpected happens. Her extensive transaction experience, attention to detail, and deep understanding of Colorado real estate have made her a trusted resource for clients, agents, and the entire Wolfe-Bouc team.
