Ian Wolfe is a match-maker with an undeniable talent for finding homes to suit his clients' every need. He also has a passion for helping people visualize how to transform a house into exactly what they've dreamed. Ian never settles and won't allow his clients to settle for anything less than a home that checks all the boxes. The Denver native and consistent top producer comes from a pedigree of legendary Denver Realtors whose success was built on delivering the highest level of service with unparalleled results, regardless of price point.
"I have always loved architecture, homes and history. I grew up around it," says Ian. "Dad was in commercial real estate when I was young, and Mom started residential when I was in middle school. Our family always bought a fixer upper and remodeled it over time. That experience combined with living in communities like Denver Country Club, Cherry Hills, and Washington Park, helps to educate and direct my clients appropriately."
With parents like Fred and Nancy Wolfe, Ian could not ask for more qualified mentors in the field. After attending Kent Denver and earning his degree from Middlebury College where he was an All-American Lacrosse Goalie, Ian explored various career paths, working in Telecom, and marketing for big name brands like Coors and Vail Ski Resort, but quickly fell back into the role he loves most, real estate broker. He joined the family business in 2002.
A Certified Negotiation Expert and Historic Denver Expert, Ian offers a concierge-style approach to real estate that includes custom-tailored marketing plans, unmatched service, and a tireless work ethic that always keeps his clients' best interests at heart.
"We always do the right thing for our clients and always will," he says. "We have a powerful network of clients and brokers to ensure no stone is unturned. Honesty, integrity and Denver knowledge - this is what sets us apart."
Ian lives in Denver's Wash Park neighborhood with his wife Karen and their two sons, Jackson and Levi who attend St. Anne's Episcopal School. Ian formerly served as a Board of Trustee for Historic Denver and currently serves on Kent Denver's Alumni Board, keeping him actively involved in the community.
