About Cherry Creek:

This 20 square block neighborhood combines charming tree lined residential streets with Denver’s premier shopping and restaurant district. Originally the neighborhood was characterized by a variety of architectural styles – Bungalows, Tudors and Victorians. Although some of the older homes remain today, the trend and majority of the neighborhood consists of newly developed condos, townhomes and single family properties.

The “walkability” of the neighborhood offer its residents many options for high-end shopping, art galleries, coffee shops and some of Denver’s best restaurants. Cherry Creek residents vary in age and lifestyle, but all enjoy the neighborhoods cultural amenities. For those that prefer jogging or biking to shopping and eating, Cherry Creek offers access to the 22-mile Cherry Creek bike path system, linking The Denver Tech Center to Downtown Denver.

The location of Cherry Creek is very central, in a lot ways it is the hub of Denver southeast. Those living in the area enjoy a short commute to downtown (5-10 minutes) and an easy commute to the Tech Center (15-20 minutes). Surrounded by some of Denver’s more historical premier neighborhoods and the Denver Country Club, Cherry Creek will always remain a highly desirable location to call home.
