Jessica Rodriguez has witnessed first hand the evolution of Colorado’s Front Range into a true luxury real estate market. A Colorado native, Jessica began her real estate career as a transaction manager for a premier luxury real estate firm in Boulder County where she earned her broker’s license and managed the contracts of several record-breaking sales for the area in the mid 2000s. During that time Jessica also was part of the team that brought the first Sotheby’s International Realty franchise to Colorado’s eastern slope.
Continuing her alliance with the Sotheby’s brand, Jessica became a licensed assistant for The Wolfe-Bouc Group, a top-producing team at Denver-based LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. Among Jessica’s many roles since joining The Wolfe-Bouc Group in 2009 include listing coordination, transaction management, marketing, and serving as the team’s primary liaison throughout the life of a listing and/or a contract. Jessica’s keen understanding of Colorado real estate law and her experience of managing more than $500 million in real estate transactions have made her an invaluable resource for The Wolfe-Bouc Group’s clients as they navigate the contractual process through to a successful closing.
Jessica makes her home in Longmont with her husband, two children, and their Great Dane.
