The Wolfe-Bouc Group
Ian Wolfe grew up in Denver and has always had a passion for the city’s diverse neighborhoods and architecture. Since joining The Wolfe-Bouc Group over ten years ago, he has risen to be one of the top producers with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, and one of the city’s premier experts on in-town properties. The Wolfe-Bouc Group earned the distinction of #1 team by sales volume by both LIV Sotheby’s International Realty and the Denver Board of REALTORS and continues to be recognized as one of the top teams in Denver real estate.
Ian has applied his marketing background from his experience with The Integer Group, where he focused on marketing strategies for Coors Brewing Co. The combination of growing up in Denver, appreciation of residential architecture, marketing and love for people's best interests makes Ian a true professional.
Since 2002, Ian has helped his clients in buying and selling more than 200 million in closed volume. Nearly 100% of his clients have returned to him when looking to sell or purchase a home and most of his new clients are referrals. Those who engage Ian are not only happy in their new home, but greatly satisfied when they choose to sell because he has helped position and protect their investment.
A Denver native, Ian has lived in many different neighborhoods over the years and knows the city well. He focuses on, but is not limited to, Washington Park, Bonnie Brae/Belcaro, Country Club, Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Hilltop, Park Hill, Mayfair, Platt Park, Highlands, University/Observatory Park, Southern Hills and Cherry Hills. He is a member of the board for Historic Denver, where he works with other community leaders to preserve many of Denver’s historic buildings and homes.
